The purpose of the Kansas Laboratory Education Association is to foster high standards of performance within the community of scientific laboratory professionals; to promote dialogue among the laboratories in the state of Kansas; and to develop high standards in sampling, analysis and testing methods. KLEA strives to develop safe, sustainable and environmentally friendly standards of operation in those laboratories.
About Our Association
uphold high standards
KLEA strives to uphold high standards of performance within its laboratories, ensuring that its procedures are safe, accurate and thorough. We expect our laboratory professionals to perform their work with these high expectations in mind.
Safety is a top priority for all laboratories within the KLEA. Without proper safety protocols in place, our work cannot be completed to the best of our abilities.
As laboratory professionals, it is our duty to ensure that our practices are sustainable and eco-friendly.
Communication in our industry is key. KLEA believes that we can achieve more together by sharing ideas, comparing methods and maintaining an open dialogue among laboratories throughout the state of Kansas.
